Yes — the system supports three work order types: Insurance, Customer Pay, and Wholesale. Retail customers get a Customer Pay work order with full commission tracking, payroll, and a clean invoice. Insurance claim fields (company, claim number, adjuster, deductible) only appear on insurance jobs and stay completely out of the way on retail tickets. The Hail Tracker is included on Pro and Elite plans. The Lead Map and territory management are Elite-tier features for shops that do active door-to-door storm work.

Set each tech's and advisor's commission rate once in their profile. From there, every time you enter an invoice total and log job expenses, commissions are calculated automatically. Net pay = invoice minus expenses, split by each person's rate. No spreadsheets, no arguments.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, hosted on a dedicated VPS, and backed up nightly to AWS S3. Each tenant's data is fully isolated — no other shop can see your work orders, customers, or staff. We don't sell or share your data.
